AIDA Sydney FC claim first win of the season
AIDA Sydney FC 3 – 1 Komo FC
Goals: Jihan Abdullah 22’, Ravi Kahfi 35’, Jibrila Ramadhan 72’ and 80’ (AIDA); Akay Rudzikyani 8’ (KOMO)
After a frustrating opening round, AIDA Sydney FC bounced back with an impressive 3–1 win over Komo FC.
Komo started brightly through Akay Rudzikyani’s early strike in the eighth minute, putting AIDA on the back foot. But the 2023 premiers quickly found their rhythm, with Jihan Abdullah equalising midway through the first half. Ravi Kahfi completed the turnaround just before the break, giving AIDA control at halftime.
Jibrila Ramadhan then produced a superb second-half performance, scoring twice to seal all three points. It was a confident response from a side determined to prove they are still a force in the competition.
IQRO FC destroy Batavia SC in stunning fashion
Batavia SC 0 – 7 IQRO FC
Goals: Irfaan Irfaan 7’, Hilmi Isniarto 10’, Avisai Vunisasaro 20’, Hussain Shakib 33’, 51’, 72’, Samudra Isniarto 77’ (IQRO)
IQRO FC delivered a dominant performance with a crushing 7–0 victory over Batavia SC. The 2023 champions exploded out of the gates, scoring four times in the opening 33 minutes through Irfaan Irfaan, Hilmi Isniarto, Avisai Vunisasaro and Hussain Shakib.
Batavia had no answers for IQRO’s intensity and passing speed. Shakib completed his hat-trick with goals on either side of halftime, while Samudra Isniarto added the seventh late in the match.
This result firmly establishes IQRO as one of the early title favourites, combining attacking flair with ruthless finishing.
Surau FC edge PS Kota Sydney in nine-goal thriller
Surau FC 5 – 4 PS Kota Sydney

Week 2 produced a classic at Strathfield Park. Surau FC and PS Kota Sydney went toe-to-toe in a pulsating nine-goal thriller, with Surau emerging 5–4 winners after leading 4–1 at halftime.
Surau started explosively. Omer Gebril and Mustafa Kardoli scored inside the opening 10 minutes, and goals from Jamie Gani and Nathan Muskitta gave them a commanding lead.
PS Kota fought back with determination in the second half. After Rizky Abdullah extended the lead to 5–1, the star-studded side rallied through Shayden Sampow, Stephen Gray and Spyridon Konidaris, setting up a tense finish. But Surau held firm to claim a massive statement win over one of the competition favourites.
Nusantara United FC edge past PAFC
PAFC 1 – 2 Nusantara United FC

Nusantara United FC earned their first win of the season with a gritty 2–1 victory over PAFC.
Aditya Soerjanto opened the scoring early before Raka Chandra equalised for PAFC midway through the first half. The game remained finely balanced after the break with chances at both ends.
Moawia Abdalla produced the decisive moment in the 75th minute, calmly finishing to secure the win for Nusantara. PAFC pushed hard in the closing stages but could not break through.
Round 2 Summary
Week 2 showed just how unpredictable INDOLEAGUE can be. AIDA Sydney FC got their season back on track with an important win, IQRO FC made a powerful statement with a seven-goal demolition of Batavia SC, Surau FC and PS Kota Sydney served up a thriller that will be remembered for years, and Nusantara United FC showed their resilience in a hard-fought victory.
The early weeks of the season are already shaping an intense title race. Surau FC and IQRO FC remain unbeaten, while PS Kota and AIDA have shown their firepower. With six rounds still to play, the competition is wide open.
