Week 3 of the INDOLEAGUE 2025 season brought more twists to the early table. Batavia SC roared back with a huge win, Surau FC were held to their first draw, PS Kota Sydney showed their firepower again, and IQRO FC continued their perfect start in a top-of-the-table clash.

Batavia SC bounce back with a six-goal statement

Goals: Bradley Sibanda 23’, 26’, 68’, 73’; Arnaud Santini 28’, 34’ (BATAVIA)

After a tough loss in Week 2, Batavia SC delivered a commanding performance, dismantling Nusantara United FC 6–0.

Bradley Sibanda was unstoppable, scoring four goals and setting the tone with a quick brace midway through the first half. Arnaud Santini also struck twice before halftime, giving Batavia a 4–0 lead at the break.

Nusantara never found their rhythm, and Batavia continued to dominate after the restart. Sibanda added two more goals to complete a memorable four-goal haul. It was a ruthless and clinical display that sent a clear message to the rest of the league.

Komo FC hold Surau FC in tight contest

Komo FC 2 – 2 Surau FC
Goals: Abbas Reda 37’, Mahmoud Abdelwahed 73’ (KOMO); Omer Gebril 5’, Nathan Muskitta 29’ (SURAU)

Komo FC earned their first point of the season, holding title hopefuls Surau FC to a 2–2 draw in a lively encounter.

Surau took an early lead through Omer Gebril and doubled their advantage when Nathan Muskitta finished clinically before the half-hour mark. But Komo showed resilience and pulled one back just before halftime through Abbas Reda.

The second half was tense and open, with both sides creating chances. Mahmoud Abdelwahed levelled the score in the 73rd minute, denying Surau a third straight win and giving Komo a valuable result against one of the league’s strongest sides.

PS Kota Sydney overpower PAFC

PS Kota Sydney 4 – 2 PAFC
Goals: Aidan Liddle 43’, 68’; Noah Ravel 60’; Spyridon Konidaris 67’ (PS KOTA); Made Leo Giarta Giri 28’, Ilham Sahara 75’ (PAFC)

PS Kota Sydney extended their winning run with a convincing 4–2 victory over PAFC.

PAFC stunned the favourites early when Made Leo Giarta Giri opened the scoring. But Kota’s response came just before halftime through Aidan Liddle. In the second half, they took control, with goals from Noah Ravel, Spyridon Konidaris and another from Liddle sealing the result.

Ilham Sahara pulled one back late for PAFC, but it was too little too late. PS Kota continue to show why they are considered serious contenders for this year’s title.

IQRO FC edge AIDA Sydney FC in top clash

IQRO FC 2 – 1 AIDA Sydney FC
Goals: Naazil Khan 60’, 68’ (IQRO); Raoel Yakub 37’ (AIDA)

IQRO FC maintained their perfect start to the season with a hard-fought 2–1 win over AIDA Sydney FC in a match that lived up to expectations.

Raoel Yakub gave AIDA the lead in the 37th minute, capitalising on a defensive lapse to put the 2023 premiers ahead. IQRO regrouped at halftime and came out firing. Naazil Khan equalised on the hour mark and struck again eight minutes later to turn the game around.

It was a gritty performance from the 2023 champions, who have now won all three of their opening matches.

Round 3 Summary

Batavia SC made a statement with a dominant 6–0 victory, powered by a four-goal performance from Bradley Sibanda. Surau FC were forced to settle for a draw in a tense battle with Komo FC, while PS Kota Sydney continued to impress with another strong attacking display. IQRO FC remain top of the table with three wins from three, proving once again why they are among the favourites.

The title race is beginning to take shape, but with plenty of football left to play, everything remains wide open.
